PublicationAnálisis estadístico de la situación de las mujeres y niñas con discapacidad desde un enfoque interseccional(MIMP.CONADIS, 2021)Pinto Olivares, José Guillermo,...et al.El objetivo general de esta investigación fue analizar la situación de pobreza multidimensional de las mujeres y niñas con discapacidad desde un enfoque interseccional; este se subdivide en dos objetivos específicos. El primero consistió en explorar empíricamente las brechas de pobreza multidimensional entre hombres y mujeres con discapacidad. El segundo consistió en identificar a los subgrupos de mujeres y niñas con discapacidad más expuestos a la pobreza multidimensional, a partir de la exploración de brechas según área de residencia, etnicidad, región natural, grupos etarios, tipos de discapacidad y número de discapacidades con las que viven. Metodología y datos La implementación metodológica constó de dos etapas. La primera consistió en la construcción y estimación de un tablero de control, con base en los datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Hogares (ENAHO) del 2019 y la Encuesta Nacional de Programas Presupuestales (ENAPRES) del 2019. Este tablero de control permitió explorar privaciones para la población con discapacidad, en general, así como para las mujeres y niñas, y sus distintos subgrupos, en 22 indicadores relacionados con las dimensiones de (i) salud, (ii) educación, (iii) empleo y pensiones, (iv) vivienda, (v) servicios básicos, (vi) conectividad social, (vii) seguridad física y, complementariamente, (viii) pobreza monetaria. La segunda etapa consistió en la construcción y estimación de una medida de pobreza multidimensional basada en el método Alkire-Foster (AF), a partir de la ENAHO 2019, y que considera las dimensiones de (i) salud, (ii) educación, (iii) empleo y pensiones, (iv) vivienda, (v) servicios básicos y (vi) conectividad social. Esta medida permitió explorar el padecimiento simultáneo de múltiples privaciones en la población con discapacidad, en general, así como para las mujeres y niñas, y sus distintos subgrupos. Finalmente, esta etapa fue complementada con estimaciones de otra medida de pobreza multidimensional —también basada en el método AF— diseñada a partir de los censos nacionales del año 2017; esta otra medida permitió desagregar los resultados a nivel distrital.
